As we discussed Mikel, I believe you will have the ability to delete attachments (permanently) from Gorelo.

As a Medical MSP, we sometimes receive emails/attachments containing Patient sensitive information. This information must be stored within an Australian Datacentre per Medicolegal & Medical Practice Accreditation requirements so will need to ability to permanently delete certain attachments as required.
